Day 1- Arusha – Lake Manyara

Pick up early from Arusha town and head to the west to Lake Manyara National Park, roughly 126km away. After your lunch at a lodge or at the park gate, enjoy an afternoon game drive for the western escarpment foot. Check out the shallow algae growing lake that occupies two-thirds on the entire park area. The park’s varied habitat draws in numerous animals, including probably Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s renowned tree-climbing lions, along with great flocks of flamingos, drawn because of the algae from the lake. Day 2 – Lake Manyara – Lake Eyasi

When you finish breakfast, drive towards the shores on Lake Eyasi, with a sumptuous lunch at the lodge/Camp. The scenic alkaline lake is actually set over the southernmost part of Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This seldom toured lake can be found in the foot of the Eyasi escarpment at the western rift valley wall. The shores remain home to the various wildlife, water fowl and the extraordinary Hazabe tribesmen, the Nilotic speaking tribe and hunters and Bushmen that have lived here for several years. Overnight at Kisima Ngeda Tented Lodge.

Day 3 – Lake Eyasi – Ngorongoro

Earlier during the morning, depart to the nearby villages for traditional hunting encounter with Hadzabe and Datoga people. The Bushmen will display their particular experience at this and also you slowly and gradually take you in their hunt. You have to be quiet and attentive during this exercise, as you watch the poisoned animals perish to the satisfaction of the Bushmen. Day 4 –      Ngorongoro Crater  – Serengeti

Just after breakfast from the lodge, we will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater to have a 6 hour game drive in the abundant volcanic caldera to see wildlife, the soda lake at the floor and plenty of wild birds. The unbroken Crater supports a enormous selection of game, which include herds of elephants, wildebeest, hyenas, zebra, buffalo, eland, lions, leopards, warthog, hippo, and also flamingoes on the lake. After a picnic lunch at the Picnic site located by the Hippo poolside we drive up the Crater rim then head for the Serengeti National Park. Day 5 –                           Serengeti National Park

Day 6 –                        Serengeti – Tarangire

We will arrive for lunch at Tarangire then continue with game drives in the plains. In the afternoon many animal can be seen along the Tarangire River and you can expect some animal action as predators hunt for the day’s meal. Late in the afternoon we shall drive to Tarangire Osupuko Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 –                     Tarangire – Arusha

After breakfast, we shall go for a morning game drive or a nature walk guided by a ranger or a Masai warrior. There after we shall drive back to Arusha with a stop at local market of Makuyuni to  encounter the way of life in the local village communities, getting to know local people, understanding about the tradition, farming and history of the community. We will arrive at Arusha town in the afternoon where you will take your flight to Zanzibar for a beach extension or transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home with fond memories of Tanzania.
